MEET TIFFANY

Tiffany is the College Pastor of Mariners Church in southern California. She grew up as a missionary kid in the Philippines, which ignited her passion for sharing the gospel with every nation and led her to Bible Baptist College where she earned a degree in Intercultural Studies. With 15 years of church experience in various churches, she’s led and trained teams in guest services, children’s ministry, small groups, outreach, and assimilation. She also pioneered internship programs in Missouri, Texas, and California, helping young leaders find their purpose, activate their potential, and change the world. She’s always down for grabbing coffee, sushi, or exploring new places!

Tiffany along with some of her siblings recently launched the “Life with the Lyons” podcast where they share the goodness of God in their journeys so far.

One of Tiffany’s passions is to inspire people to dream big! Tiffany has spoken at Hope International University, Baptist Bible College, International Church Leaders Conference in Manila and Nairobi, non-profits, women’s events, youth conferences, and youth camps. After graduating from college in 2008, she began working on staff at High Street in Springfield Missouri. In 2008 Tiffany created The Volees, an annual night of celebration for church volunteers. High Street continues to host The Volees every year and churches around the country have started hosting The Volees for their volunteers. In 2013 Tiffany launched the High Street Internship Program. This program offers a practical hands on ministry training as well as a leadership development focus. As God moved her to different cities and churches, she had the opportunity to launch internship programs in Austin and Anaheim. She currently leads the internship program at Mariners Church.
